White Tail Run is a year round residence ideally located on the shores of Oseetah Lake, just minutes from downtown Lake Placid or the Village of Saranac Lake. Oseetah is surrounded by mountains and offers some of the best fishing and boating in the Adirondacks. The camp is an Adirondack style 3-story year round home, with 4 bedrooms, a spacious loft, 3 1/2 baths, laundry facilities, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, dining room, and a Great Room with cathedral ceilings. A large stone, gas-fired fireplace adorns the great room. The finished lower level offers a large family room with home theater and a gym/workout area. The large deck facing the lake, is a favorite spot for late afternoon gatherings. The camp also features an enclosed porch (screened) with beautiful lake and mountain views and an outdoor fire pit onsite. Access to the property is by private road which is maintained on a year round basis. Travel by automobile to the Village of Saranac Lake or Lake Placid, both are about 10 minutes away. The boat launch area is within walking distance to White Tail Run. Sleeps 8.

Camp Shady Shores is an Adirondack style four bedroom camp directly on Lake Placid. The camp is private, fully equipped, includes the use of three boats and has been recently renovated. Camp Shady Shores includes cathedral ceilings, skylights, a new eat in kitchen, a large screened in sleeping porch, four bedrooms, three full baths, screened dining room, gas burning stove, 42" plasma television with VCR/DVD, washer/dryer and telephone. Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating from your private dock. There is a grassy area for badminton or volleyball, outdoor gas barbecue grill and picnic table. The view of Whiteface Mountain from the dock is exquisite! All of this on one of the most beautiful lakes in New York State. Access to the camp is from Paradox Launch, where the cars are parked and the boat is kept.
