Our newest Lake Placid lakefront Chalet. Located on the shores of Lake Placid on Victor Herbert Road, an easy walk into the village of Lake Placid. The main chalet, available year round, offers 2 bedroom ensuites, both with queen sized beds. The main entry level features your fully appliance kitchen, combined living and dining rooms with fireplace, magnificent mountain and lake views from any location in the room. Summer months offer an additional 3rd bedroom ensuite with a queen sized bed and fully appliance kitchen above the boat house. Swimming and boat docking is available from the spacious decks surrounding the Chalet.

Dry Island, a 12 acre private Adirondack luxury great camp, log cabin & boathouse, is located off the North Shore of Upper Saranac Lake. Often described as the "crown jewel" of the Adirondack Lakes. A rustic and luxurious retreat with accommodations and lodging available to sleep 10+ people (5 bedrooms; Main house has upstairs King and upstairs Queen, downstairs has a Queen. Log Cabin has King and then a loft with a queen and twin. Plus a "Lean to" with a King and a "Tree House" with a Queen and a twin.). The owner's staff are at your service along with use of our 14 boats (Canoes, kayaks, ski boats, 1920's runabouts, sailboats, & silent electric cruising boats), a boat driver, guide, housekeeper, chef, unlimited wine and liquor, and snacks. Fuel is also included in the rental, and picnic lunches furnished whenever desired. (Note: Rental is all-inclusive for up to ten people, but only includes food for four.)

Camp Shady Shores is an Adirondack style four bedroom camp directly on Lake Placid. The camp is private, fully equipped, includes the use of three boats and has been recently renovated. Camp Shady Shores includes cathedral ceilings, skylights, a new eat in kitchen, a large screened in sleeping porch, four bedrooms, three full baths, screened dining room, gas burning stove, 42" plasma television with VCR/DVD, washer/dryer and telephone. Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating from your private dock. There is a grassy area for badminton or volleyball, outdoor gas barbecue grill and picnic table. The view of Whiteface Mountain from the dock is exquisite! All of this on one of the most beautiful lakes in New York State. Access to the camp is from Paradox Launch, where the cars are parked and the boat is kept. The boats are available for guest use and include a canoe, fishing boat, laser sailboat and the pontoon boat. There is a small sand beach for swimming or sunbathing.
