Boathouse: great room with fireplace and bar, 3 covered slips, and an oversized deck with all-day sun. Enjoy all water sports from your private dock. Boat to golf, tennis, and fine dining. Boat access only. Rent our Boston Whaler for a small fee. Sleeps 8.
