Please read and accept the terms of the Lake Placid Accommodations below and mail it to Lake Placid Accommodations, P.O. Box 705, Lake Placid, New York, 12946.
This Rental Agreement is entered into on the day of the month , 2007, by and between , Tenant and the Owner (Landlord) of the premises as represented by Lake Placid Accommodations as Agent for the Owner, hereinafter called "Agent" covering the property at:
, Lake Placid, NY 12946. Tenant agrees to rent the subject property with occupancy to begin no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on , 2007 and to terminate by 10:00 a.m. on , 2007. tenant is responsible for the full term of this agreement unless otherwise provided herein. Without Agent's written approval, premises may only be occupied by those listed below.

This amount and all subsequent payments are payable to Lake Placid Accommodations, at P.O. Box 705, Lake Placid, New York, 12946.
The following terms and conditions are part of this agreement and are agreed to by all parties hereto:
- Security Deposit Will be held in trust in a non-interest bearing account at the National Bank and Trust Company, Lake Placid Branch.
- Security Deposit Release is subject to the following conditions:
| A. | Tenants shall return property in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. |
| B. | Full term of the Rental Agreement has expired. |
| C. | All keys have been returned to the office and a satisfactory inventory taken. |
| D. | All units are equipped with private telephones. Tenants are responsible for all long distance calls made in the unit during the period leased. Collect or Credit Card is the only means of making long distance calls. Local and incoming calls are available at no cost. |
Agent will have the unit inspected and shall notify Tenant within 15 days from vacating unit if Landlord intends to impose a claim on deposit. Balance of deposit shall be remitted to tenant within 21 days of departure.
- Inventory is acknowledged by tenant and he/she shall, within 2 days of occupancy, notify Rental Agent of all discrepancies or repairs.
- Rules: Tenant acknowledges receipt of and agrees by, rules and regulations governing the property. Agent assumes no responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by Tenant or Owner.
- No Pets of any kind shall be permitted on premises. Any violation of this provision will be considered a breach of contract, tenancy will be immediately terminated and all security monies forfeited.
- End of Term: At the end of term. Tenant must leave the unit in clean and good condition remove all of tenants property, and leave the unit in its original condition.
- Agency: Tenant is hereby notified that Agent and Condominium Rental Management are the representatives of the owner, and will received compensation for services from the owner.
- Cancellation: Tenant must notify the Rental Agent at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the Lease Term of intent to cancel this lease. Notification may be verbal or written, but must be to Rental Agent ONLY. Upon notification, 90% of deposit moneys will be returned to Tenant. If such notice is not provided, deposit will be forfeited.
Agent will sign and give you back a copy of this rental agreement.
