Our properties are fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including fully-applianced kitchens, as well as washers and dryers. Linens are provided with each rental at no additional charge.

RESERVATIONS
Once we have confirmed availability of a property for you, we will mail a confirmation and lease agreement for your signature, at which time a deposit of 50% will be due. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. In the unfortunate event that you must change your reservation, we ask that you give us at least 60 days prior notice. We will make every effort to re-rent the property, and if successful, all monies (less $35 cancellation fee) will be returned to you. If, after diligent effort we are unsuccessful, the full advance rental payment will be forfeited. Lake Placid Accommodations will make every effort to ensure your Lake Placid vacation is the most enjoyable ever. However, refunds cannot be made due to inclement weather.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in at our office located in the Prudential Real Estate office at 2419 Main Street at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled day of departure. To ensure that our housekeeping staff has ample time to meet our high standards, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to these times.

Each of our units are equipped with phones for your local calling convenience. All long distance calls must be made collect or charged to your calling card.
