These single family one bedroom, one bathroom properties are located on the Ausable River, one of New York State's premier trout fishing streams. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or a fast paced Lake Placid adventure, these comfortable brand new cottages are the perfect choice to enjoy the splendor of the Adirondacks. Both provide comfort in a secluded setting minutes from downtown Lake Placid. Anglers can step directly into the West Branch at Cody's Flats and wade to trophy trout catch and release areas just minutes downriver. In Winter enjoy downhill skiing at Whiteface Mountain (12minutes away) or easily hop onto the Jack Rabbit Trail for access to cross country skiing and snowshoeing. In Spring/Summer you may join runners and cyclists who use River Road as a training route.

RIVERSIDE AND WOODSIDE COTTAGES RATES:
November 1-Dec 25: $700/Weekly or $125 Nightly.
December 26-March 22: $900/Weekly or $150/Nightly.
March 23-June 15: $700/Weekly or $125 Nightly.
June 16-October 15: $1,100/Weekly or $175/Nightly.
Minimum of 3 nights during Holiday periods.
